UNBECOMING | In Person | 26 July | Prahran
Remember who you before the world told you who to be.
DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND LIKE YOU
From the outside, your life looks like the one you were supposed to want.
You are the capable one. The dependable one. The one everybody leans on. You show up for everyone, and somewhere underneath all of it, a quieter voice keeps asking the questions you do not say out loud.
"I do not know who I am any more."
"I have worked on myself, and I still feel dissatisfied."
"I have spent my whole life being who everyone else needs me to be. When do I get to be me?"
"I love the people in my life. I just do not love my life."
"Why am I so exhausted, when I am doing everything right?"
If any of that landed, please hear this. You are not broken, and you are not alone. You are simply tired of carrying a version of yourself that stopped fitting a long time ago.
A one-day experience for the woman who holds everything together for everyone else, and quietly wonders where she went.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO THINK ABOUT IT
Here is what most personal development gets wrong.
It tells you that you need fixing. That if you just try a little harder, optimise a little more, become someone slightly better, you will finally feel like enough.
You do not need fixing. Most women are not exhausted because they are doing too little. They are exhausted because they are carrying identities that no longer fit.
Unbecoming is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be, and gently setting down everything you have been performing ever since. Awareness is the key. Once you can see the roles you have been playing, you have a different kind of choice.
WHAT THE DAY HOLDS
One full day to move through The RETURN Method.
A guided day in a beautiful private space, with a small group of women who understand. We move, gently and without force, through the six stages of my signature process. You will laugh and you will likely cry. Both are deeply healing.
RETURN
Recognise the roles
Name the roles you have been play. The strong one. The capable one. The one who never needs anything. You cannot release what you cannot yet see.
Explore what is underneath
Look gently beneath the roles at the beliefs and fears that have held them in place for so long.
Tune into your body
Drop out of your busy mind and into your body and nervous system, where the truest information has been waiting all along
Uncover the wisdom
Find the hidden benefits, the quiet costs, and the real wisdom inside the patterns you have a carried.
Release what is not yours
Begin to set down what is no longer yours to hold, so there is finally room for you.
Navigate from your true self
Leave with a felt sense of who you are underneath it all, and a simple way to keep returning to her, long after the day ends.
Morning tea, a shared lunch, and afternoon tea are all included. Come as you are. Wear something comfortable. Bring an open heart.
WHAT YOU WILL CARRY HOME
More space. More stillness. More of you.
i.
A clearer sense of who you are underneath the roles you have been playing.
ii.
Language, at last, for the things that has felt off for so long.
iii.
Permission, and the tools, to put yourself back on your own list.
iv.
A way to hold boundaries without guilt running the show
v.
The beginning of trusting yourself, and your own intuition, again.
vi.
The quiet relief of knowing everyone will be okay, even as you change.
Kelly Allison
For years, Kelly did what so many capable women do. She tried harder. She pushed through. She was everything to everyone and kept almost nothing for herself, chasing a version of success that looked right on paper and left her exhausted and disconnected from who she was.
Her turning point was not becoming someone new. It was finally giving herself permission to stop trying to be anyone other than who she already was.
That is the work she now guides other women through. Kelly is a Kinesiologist of more than ten years and a Medical Intuitive, with thousands of client sessions in mind-body medicine and nervous system work. Unbecoming was born directly from her own experience of shedding identities, rebuilding her life, and returning to herself.
Across those sessions. women have left toxic relationships, set boundaries that finally held, eased anxiety and overwhelm, rebuilt self-trust, reconnected with purpose, and supported their bodies to heal.
“You will always laugh and cry with Kelly. Both are so healing.”
