UNBECOMING: The R.e.t.u.r.n Method is a guided process to help you gently release those roles and reconnect with the truth of who you are beneath them.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about understanding how you adapted and allowing these patterns to soften and evolve. Your body holds memory. Your nervous system holds patterns. And within these patterns, there is both protection and wisdom .
This work will help you:

UNBECOMING: THE R.E.T.U.R.N METHOD IS a 6 week guided online experience designed to support deep and lasting transformation. Each week includes:
Weekly Live Group Session A small, intimate online session where we explore each stage of the process together. These sessions are designed to help you:
Deepen your awareness.
Integrate what you are learning.
Experience the work in a supported environment.
Detailed Workbook You will receive a comprehensive workbook for each session, guiding you through:
The concepts explored in the live session.
Structured reflections and exercises.
At home practices to deepen your understanding and integration.
Integration & At-Home Practice This work continues beyond the session. Each week, you will be supported to integrate what you’ve learned through practical exercises designed to create real, embodied change.
One-on-One Session Each participant will receive one private one-on-one session with me. This allows space to explore your individual patterns more deeply and receive personalised support within the process.
This is a small, guided and supported experience. Numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of eight participants.
This ensures a safe and supportive environment with personalised attention and a space for each participant to be seen and heard, allowing a deeper level of transformation. As you move through this work, you may begin to experience:

What if I’ve already done a lot of personal or healing work? Many people who feel drawn to this work have already done a significant amount of self-development. If that’s you, you’re likely not starting from the beginning, you’re ready for something deeper.
UNBECOMING is not about starting again. It’s about understanding your patterns in a way that allows them to finally shift. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or mindset, this work explores what is held within your body, your nervous system and the roles that continue to shape your experience. Often, this is the layer that has been missing.
I’m not sure if I’m ready — how do I know if this is right for me? You don’t need to feel completely ready. Most people don’t. If something in you resonates, that is often enough. This work is designed to meet you where you are, without pressure or expectation. You are simply invited to begin.
Is this kinesiology or hands-on healing? No, this is not kinesiology or hands-on healing. While Kelly draws on over 10 years of experience as a kinesiologist and medical intuitive, UNBECOMING represents an evolution of her work.
This is a guided, structured process that supports you to access your own awareness, patterns and understanding. Nothing is done to you.
Instead, you are supported to work with your own body, your own insight and your own capacity for change. This marks a new era in Kelly’s work. Moving from practitioner led sessions to guided, self led transformation.
Will I be expected to share personal experiences in the group? Whilst sharing is always encouraged, you will never be pressured into doing so. You are not required to share anything you are not comfortable with. Many participants find that simply being present, listening and reflecting creates meaningful insight. You are free to engage in a way that feels right for you.
How is this different from therapy or other courses? This work focuses on understanding how patterns are held within the body, not just the mind. It combines awareness, reflection and embodied practices to create change at a deeper level.
Rather than analysing or trying to “fix,” this process is about understanding, releasing and reconnecting. If you’ve felt like you understand your patterns but haven’t been able to shift them, this approach often bridges that gap.
What if I can’t attend a live session? Live sessions are an important part of the experience, as they provide structure and support. However, recordings will be available if you are unable to attend. You will still be able to move through the process and engage with the workbook and practices in your own time.
How much time will I need each week? This is designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it. Each week includes a live session and guided workbook practices. You can expect to spend approximately 1–2 hours per week engaging with the material. This includes the weekly online group.
Is this one-on-one work? This is a small, guided group experience, limited to a maximum of eight participants. This allows for a more supported and intentional process. Each participant will also receive a private one-on-one session with Kelly, creating
What makes this different from a larger online course? This is not a large or passive program. The small group size allows for a more contained and supported experience, where you are guided throughout the process and able to engage more deeply with the work. You are not left to navigate this alone.
What if I sign up and it’s not what I expected? Because of the small group size and limited spaces, all enrolments are final. If you’re unsure, take your time with the page. Often, the most helpful question is not “is this perfect?” but “does this feel aligned?”
What happens after the six weeks? This work is designed to create lasting awareness and change. Many participants continue to notice shifts in how they think, feel and respond long after the course has finished. You will leave with tools, insight and a deeper understanding of yourself that you can continue to work with.
